I would like to provide that space for you to process your emotions, develop new methods of coping, identify and clarify your goals and values.
As a licensed social worker, I provide a variety of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I am a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor experienced in helping individuals struggling with addiction reach recovery. I take a client-centered, strengths-based approach to empower clients to realize their goals.
