I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Ordained Minister of the United Church of Christ. I am also certified as a Sexual Addictions Therapist and Therapist Supervisor through the International Institute for Trauma and Addictions Professionals.

I have extensive experience in treating sexual addiction; offering individual therapy, group therapy and intensive weekend experiences with men and adolescent boys. My other clinical interests include intimacy anorexia, the treatment of trauma and its aftermath, depression and anxiety, internet addiction and integrating spirituality into psychotherapy.

My approach toward clients is gentle, thoughtful and open. Initially working in the child welfare field, I treated many victims of abuse and abandonment, sparking a lasting interest in the treatment of trauma and attachment issues. This interest continues through my work with sexual addicts, their spouses, partners, and families.

Circle of Recovery from Porn (CORP)

C.O.R.P. is a year-round support group for men (married or single) seeking guidance and support to overcome compulsive use of pornography. Meetings include teaching, discussion and mutual support to help members gain a better understanding of the impact of porn and the necessary tools to overcome porn addiction. This support group is led by a trained therapist and it is not a therapy group. Group discussions are confidential and there is no fee.
