My education, work history, and life experience have honed the skills needed to treat a wide range of concerns including relationship issues, divorce, single parenting, addictions, mental health wellness, grief and loss, and vocational transitions. I focus on radical self acceptance and self compassion to identify and honor your deep knowing and intuition.
