Dr. Beltramo is a life-long native of the Chicago area. He earned his B.S. from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a major in psychology. He went on to pursue his Masters and Doctoral degrees at Argosy University/Illinois School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Beltramo has worked in the behavioral health field in a variety of capacities since 1993, obtaining his doctoral degree in 2003. From multipally-diagnosed, residentially-placed adolescents to domestic violence offenders to private practice settings, the range of his experience is broad, varied, and comprehensive.

We provide individual, couple, and family therapy services to children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Adriana Argueta is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Using an approach that focuses on strengths and building coping skills, Adriana believes in the potential of the therapeutic relationship for supporting the individual healing process, growth, and positive change. Adriana enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families and issues including depression, anxiety, separation/divorce, grief, and major life changes. Adriana also has extensive training in complex trauma, domestic violence, and sexual assault crisis intervention.

The expectations of our family, friends, and community can influence how we navigate the world and whether or not we embrace our authentic selves. I believe in the use of humor to connect in the therapeutic relationship while creating a safe and validating space in order to explore vulnerable topics; to move from surviving to thriving and towards a values-driven life; to move towards empowerment; to find your own voice; to find compassion for both yourself and others.
