Life’s chaos and competing needs are hard enough, don’t walk it alone. Rather than feeling alone and overwhelmed, let me help you find space to be heard, seen, and understood. Using my training in Perinatal Mental Health, I enjoy working with women in all life stages. Teens and families also need a space for honest connection and I can help you find avenues through your stuck places. Families that include special needs have unique struggles and often have trouble feeling heard and supported. Let’s build that safe place together.

My idea of an ideal client is one who is brave enough to ask for help. We are not born with innate problem solving skills in all areas of life. Every one of us is unique and have different experiences and outlooks on life. When there is a lack of cohesion in ones life or struggles in relationships, emotional issues, we may need to reach out to a professional for guidance. Even clients who are less than cooperative or unwilling to engage in therapy can be helped with a good therapist. I can provide that guidance and help you be the best "you" you can be. We've only got one life to live. The goal is, to live it well!

I have been a professional psychotherapist for the past 34 years. Early in my career, most of my focus was on the treatment of children, adolescents and families, often referred some of the most difficult cases from local schools, courts and police departments. As my practice evolved, so did my experience working with adult individuals and couples. Practical experience and continued professional training has enhanced my abilities to work with a variety of personal struggles that include depression and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, alcohol and substance abuse and relationship struggles with couples and families.

My mission is to create a safe, calm, inclusive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space. As an embodied listener, I am honored to hold others’ stories in confidence and help uncover their deeply held understanding and expertise of their lives from a strengths-based perspective. I am exceptionally awed at the incremental freedom that comes from engaging stories of harm, trauma, and abuse. The beauty freedom produces led me to seek certification in narrative-focused trauma therapy.

Why do I feel like this? What should I do?
These are often the quiet, persistent questions that bring people to therapy. Life’s challenges can make it hard to see a path forward, but I deeply believe that a way forward exists. Even in the midst of struggle, you can find clarity, strength, and purpose. There is power in discovering who you are and therapy can be a space where that discovery unfolds with compassion and intention.

You’re juggling a lot—managing work, relationships, family… always striving, always thinking, always carrying the weight. On the outside, it looks like you’ve got it together. But inside? You’re exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed—and you’re tired of feeling this way.
If you’ve been stuck in your head, overthinking everything, and feeling like you should be happier with the life you’ve built, you’re not alone. Life can be good and still feel heavy. That doesn't mean you're failing—it means you're human.

Anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts are what I and my associates' work with Most. Life is a journey with many transitions. Each one of the transition means going from something we know to something we don't. We are excited or apprehensive about what our future holds for us. And, we can be relieved or sad about what or who we are leaving. These life transitions can be challenging or enriching. Whatever they are they can be stressful. Behavioral health providers focus on being a guide to help you on your journey to understand and choose the right path for you while supporting you in your process of change.
