When life becomes difficult, you may experience feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, interpersonal relationship issues, communication issues, bullying, stress, grief, fear, uncertainty or more. My role as your therapist, is to help you navigate through these tough times, with the support & tools needed to make positive changes. :)
