If you've been affected by addiction, emotionally distant parents, or just find yourself struggling in life... I offer a safe and compassionate space for you to explore your struggles and find ways to change dysfunctional relational patterns. If you are ready to start the journey of understanding, acceptance, and work toward change where it's needed...I will hold space for you and start where you are at, with no judgment. My specialty is working with relational change, addictive patterns, and adult women with ADHD or those suspect they might. However, I also enjoy working with anyone in life transition or who are "feeling stuck".
I work with clients affected by addiction, (their own/someone else's) who find themselves struggling in relationship (with themselves/others). I specialize in person-centered therapy and anyone dealing with stuck patterns. Creating awareness and understanding the origins of problematic patterns (thinking, behaving, relating) are key to meaningful change.
I understand the challenges of life and how much we all have to deal with on a daily basis. Together we can uncover, discover, and recover from thought and behavior patterns that no longer serve you well. Although they may have helped you survive life at a critical time, let's find new patterns and behaviors that open a path to lasting change and thrive on!
