I work to help you and your family find your creative ability to communicate and work through your struggles. Being a parent has its challenges! I provide parenting support to help you and your family through those challenges. I also provide individual therapeutic services for a range of mental health challenges.

I am well versed in several counseling techniques and have a compassionate approachable demeanor. My counseling experience is above par and I am also organized with an attention to detail. Clients warm up to me quickly and I enjoy helping them reach goals and learn new thinking patterns to view life in a more positive manner. I specialize in working with law enforcement and other first responders to deal with on the job stress and work/home balance. I have passion working individuals and couples who have experienced high levels of stress, trauma or loss in their lives. I have a strong ability to connect with people and believe in everyone's ability to facilitate personal change. I love the opportunity to serve a wide range of issues (depression, anxiety, trauma, grief...) in my practice and offer varied hours through the week to accommodate many schedules. Hello! I have worked with individuals, families and couples and have provided clinical supervision and mental health program management for 20+ years. In this time, I've had the privilege of working alongside individuals, couples, and families seeking support, clarity, and healing. I compassionately meet clients where they are and together we move toward their desired goals. I believe people are naturally gifted with the tools, wisdom and resilience to reach their greatest potential.

I work with children (ages 5-10 years old), their families, and adults in building trusting relationships that promote healthy emotional regulation, safe boundaries, positive relationships, increased self-compassion, and resiliency. I work with all identities, but am especially passionate about working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodiverse populations. He has lectured in the mental health field with topics including "Self Injurious Behavior", Attachment Issues in Today's Society", "Mindfulness Based Practice for better Mental Health", The Art of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy. He has studied MBCT for depression relapse prevention and trained with Zindel Segal, PhD. In addition to MBCT Bruce has been trained in Trauma Focused CBT, CBT, Internal Family Systems Theory with Complex Trauma and PTSD and Emotionally Focused Therapy,
