I work with individuals who have experienced all forms of trauma, struggle with anxiety, substance use disorders, and PTSD. I am trained in EMDR which uses evidence based interventions to reduce anxiety quickly and efficiently in areas of performance enhancement, grief, shame, guilt, substance use disorders, and to increase self-esteem.
