ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. I work well with people who are seeking a compass for growth in their circumstances. I work with individuals (ages 18+), couples and families. I have had great success supporting individuals and couples challenged by addiction, anger, feeling disconnected, co-dependency issues, post-trauma distress and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as struggling with history of childhood abuse (mental, emotional, & physical), family/parent(s) Alcoholic/Substances/Addictions and/or family secrets.
Clients can expect empathy, affirming words, clear boundaries, and a safe space to creatively explore their internal growth process and relationships with others. My sessions are engaging and experiential. Sessions often incorporates coaching, and encouragement via education, action steps outside of sessions, creative use of resources and personal strengths.
