Trauma is often complex. Given this, I know that it takes courage to think & act in our own best interest. My hope is that our work together lays a path for you to feel empowered to live unapologetically & with freedom to share your gifts. In sessions we will look at navigating your relationships & stress, befriending your emotions & inner parts, being present to your trauma-response behaviors, owning your power & aligning with your personal integrity. We may utilize upsets/triggers & experiences in relationships as fodder to choose peace of mind, joy & "appropriate" accountability.
I often treat traumatic stress, depression/anxiety via self-awareness & openness to your own form of spirituality. In the first session, I listen to what you want to experience in your life a year from now & tend to begin teaching tools of authenticity free of trauma-responses, with emotionally-regulated resilience & toward intuitive self-efficacy.
I sometimes reframe core beliefs & automatic thinking to offer a new way of being with yourself & your connections. We may look at the ideas of pause, surrender, parenting our younger selves & trust while building the muscles it takes for you to show up as you wish. As I pay attention to the details of your experiences, I hold space for a big picture.
