Exploring Your Habits with use or behaviors
Exploring Your Habits is an eight week psychoeducation, therapy group focusing on substance use concerns. The basis of the group is for clients to set a goal at the beginning of the group and then use the group as a place of accountability and support throughout the 8 weeks through gaining knowledge, reflecting and processing their concerns. All group members are required an assessment session to determine appropriateness for the group.

Women's DBT skills building group
This women's group focuses on building Dialetical Behavioral Therapy skills and tools while also bonding and experiencing support from other women during this difficult time with the pandemic. Much of the group focuses on coping and overcoming stress, parenting struggles, relationships stress, work difficulty and social/ cultural stress. The hope is that the group provides a space for women to come and feel positive, supported and not alone.
