It is my belief that we all have tremendous capacity to heal and to change our lives for the better. You may be living with your own or others' mental illness and/or addiction, dealing with losses and unexpected transitions, feeling overwhelmed, and/or tired of feeling stuck.
I have a small private practice to support the individualized needs of my clients. I am interested in working with adolescents and adults of all ages and walks of life who seek support on recovering and reaching their goals of living more positive, healthy, well balanced and meaningful lives.
I am a solutions based provider who will listen and help guide you. I have availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Together we can work on finding peace and clarity through life toughest challenges and plant new seeds of wellbeing and transformation.
