Hi, I am so glad you are stopping by. In a world undergoing deep and accelerating shifts it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, afraid, or disconnected. As a therapist, I support people in navigating that in-between space: managing the demands of daily life while also making room for what feels meaningful and true. Many of us are asking bigger questions right now. How do we live with purpose and joy during times of change? How do we find clarity, hope, and authenticity? How do we face anxiety, depression, panic, or the pull to escape—and still move toward healing, growth, and a deeper sense of self?

Do you find yourself feeling anxious or worried, no matter how hard you try to relax? Do you struggle to connect in relationships or get caught in cycles of negative self-talk? Perhaps your grief or emotional pain feels overwhelming—like it might consume you at times. You may be reaching a point where anxiety, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or grief are taking too much from your life, leaving you feeling stuck or powerless to change things. Maybe it’s been so long since you’ve felt peace that you can hardly remember what that feels like. But you are ready—for relief, for healing, and for a new way forward.

My approach to psychotherapy is focused on building a strong and collaborative relationship with you, the client, working with you to provide immediate symptom relief and make sustainable change. My style is warm, curious, and engaged. I provide a safe and confidential space for you to share your story. I am influenced by the psychodynamic tradition, focusing on how you relate to yourself and others. As you begin to feel understood, accepted, and more deeply known in therapy, a trusting therapeutic relationship develops. This results in greater self-understanding and leads to change, including immediate symptom relief and longer-term transformation.

Look at you! Come on, self-improvement! Therapy isn’t just for people who have a problem or issue to deal with. You can come to this space and feel seen, heard, and like you matter, because you do. The journey through life isn’t a straight road. It’s filled with twists and turns and bumps and climbs. One day, I can navigate it through light rain and cloudy skies. The next day can be driving up hill in a thunderstorm, downpour, gale force winds, and dark clouds. Not to mention, whose car is this, and how did I even get in it?! Having resilience doesn’t mean running away. Resilience is being terrified and facing it anyway.

Let's be real. Trauma is, well, traumatizing and can truly impact your everyday functions. I use the visual of trauma being paper crumpled into balls in a bucket. When you close your eyes and imagine that, how full is your bucket? Most say that its overflowing already, so one minor life change feels like overwhelming doom, because your buckets already full. I help those I see work through that bucket, processing each crumple of paper to fold neatly back into the bucket. Once the trauma has been worked through you have the space to deal with new situations as they come. I would love to help you work on your bucket!

Welcome. I understand that deciding to start therapy can be difficult. Are you facing a life change or transition and feel like you don't know how to move forward? You may find it scary to decide to take this new path in discovering how to heal or to find ways to cope as you move forward on this journey. Our past and present can leave wounds, many times these are ones no one else can see, but you can feel each day. I want you to know that you don’t have to be alone on this journey. My goal is to be there as your support and help guide you to help make this journey feel less overwhelming.

I am a therapist licensed in WI but also provide mental health coaching nationwide via telehealth. As a South Asian clinician, I honor Muslim, Asian and those seeking culturally sensitive care. My practice emphasizes resiliency. We feel anxious/triggered when we put a up a fight of what we want life to be against what life really is. I believe in supporting clients discover who they are so they can identify their limits and, within, learn to be open to life. Trauma, like physical growth, comes with growing pains. I try my best to help clients find acceptance and skills to hold space for their boundaries in the discomfort of life.

Beginning therapy can often be difficult and may carry a host of fears, uncertainties, and challenges. I believe that it can also be a life changing journey that can help explore those difficult pieces and peel those layers that have kept us from being our authentic selves. My clients are often young adults, parents, those starting a new phase in their life, or anyone navigating the process of individuation and creating change. My clients are often looking to create healthy boundaries and relationships with themselves and others. Many are healing from past trauma, toxic relationships, or entering a new phase in life.
