I offer coaching to sensitive women who desire a more sane approach to dating and relationships. They want meaningful connection but struggle to find it. They want to enjoy themselves more and be in their heads less. They want to have better boundaries, better choices of who and what they give their attention to, and better self-talk as they navigate the ins and outs of relationships. They feel over-sensitive; are questioning their life choices; are realizing they want to feel more confidence, connection, and joy.
I offer high-level support to sensitive women who (want to) believe they can have more happiness and connection in their intimate relationships then they have ever experienced but need guidance to break free from over-thinking, over-giving of themselves, and/or destructive relationship patterns.
I have spent years walking my path of personal/spiritual exploration and growth motivated by a wholehearted desire to live an authentic courageous life and to experience the deepest of loves. While the challenges have been many the wisdom I have gained first hand allows me to be an insightful, intuitive, & empathetic relationship coach for sensitive souls.

This is a 6-month high-level relationship coaching program for sensitive women who either are single and want to date better or are in a relationship but know it could be better. I help upgrade their dating/relationship experience from over-thinking, self-doubting and lackluster to one full of possibilities. Clients create their personalized dating method and relationship frameworks so they feel confident every step of the way, from first conversation to first kiss to meaningful connected partnership. Clients refine their personal values and cultivate more self-trust so they can skillfully navigate difficult emotions, challenging conversations, and asking for what they desire.
