In a supportive environment, we will work together to build whole health and wellness while integrating both mind and body approaches. We all need support and guidance throughout our lives and I am passionate about supporting athletes, teachers, children, parents, and families in being the best they can be no matter what struggles may come their way. I do have immediate openings at this time.
Whether it may be sports performance, anxiety, depression, grief/loss and stress, I am here to help. I incorporate mindful strategies and movement into my practice. I have completed health coaching training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition so diet, health and wellness are integrated into my practice as well.
I have a special place in my heart for teachers and the work they do to educate our young people and the stress that can accompany this work. I also understand the role diet/nutrition and exercise play into our mental health and wellness and how important it is to look at clients holistically. I do have immediate openings.
