My practice focuses on solutions and teaching techniques for clients to help themselves. I work with teens, adults and seniors. I enjoy coaching parents. I have had experience in issues of bullying. I have done significant work in grief. I have been married for more than thirty years and together we have raised four children. My own life has helped me to counsel from a framework of wisdom gained from experience. I am using tele health to continue to connect with my clients during the COVID 19 crisis.
My primary method is person centered talk therapy but I am also fluent in several other modalities. In all of my work I intend to come beside my client to make sense of the issue before working to develop coping skills.
My office is centrally located and discreet. It is my intention to tailor my services to meet the needs of each client and family individually. I have walked the walk and each client will be treated with the compassion and respect we all deserve.
