I have over ten years of experience working in the field of social work. My work experience includes working with many different populations. I have counseled adults, children, adolescents and families.
My approach is person centered and tailored to the needs the individual wants to address. I work from a systemic approach of looking at the whole person mind, body, spirt and environment to see how they all fit together in helping you reach your goals. My therapeutic approach utilizes a variety of evidence based practices and treatment modalities.
