You don’t have to keep holding it all together. If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or weighed down by things you can’t explain, you're not alone. Life gets heavy sometimes, and it’s okay to need support. Whatever you're carrying, you deserve a space where you can slow down, feel safe, and start to heal. Together, we’ll slow things down and figure out what’s really going on, not just the symptoms, but the stories underneath them.

I have spent most of my life surrounded by people who are uncomfortable with or unwilling to discuss their bodies and sexual desires. This has always felt like an injustice as having a someone that you feel comfortable discussing sex with can be a very healing and enlightening experience. Our bodies and sex are inherent parts of self and I believe that your relationship to and understanding of your body is one of your core forms of knowing yourself. I am passionate about the relationship between neurodivergence and your ability to experience both sexual desire and sexual gratification as it is largely under-discussed and important.

Life is a rich tapestry of pain and beauty, suffering and joy. If you’re feeling hopeless, fearful, lonely or just plain "stuck" - you’re not alone. I’ve walked this path myself and deeply understand the challenges life can bring. With over 20 years of dedicated experience supporting youth, women, and the LGBTQIA+ community across three continents, I’ve learned one profound truth: no matter the struggle, hope is always within reach. If you’ve lost sight of it, I will help you find it. Together, we’ll face challenges head-on, cultivate resilience, and embrace the beauty and possibilities life has to offer. Let's do this!

I work best with adults who feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, whether that’s, people-pleasing, relationship struggles, or the lingering effects of trauma. Many of my clients are deeply caring, but find themselves fawning, overextending, or carrying a deep sense of shame. In our work together, we slow things down and get curious about what’s underneath these patterns. Using parts work, attachment-focused therapy, and somatic approaches, I help clients build a more compassionate relationship with themselves, understand their nervous system, and begin to feel safer in their own bodies and relationships.

You deserve a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and start finding your way back to yourself. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, or just feeling stuck, therapy can help you reconnect with your strength and sense of direction. I take a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative approach—one that goes beyond surface fixes to help you understand what’s happening underneath. When we make sense of your patterns and experiences together, real change becomes possible—change that holds.

I do not believe that we are meant to merely survive in life, but rather, THRIVE! However, things in life, from mere annoyances to severe traumas, can rob us of the joy, energy, hope, and love of life! My goal as a therapist is that through compassionate & active listening, guidance, education, support and encouragement, you and I together can work through these issues that are holding you back, and set you on a new path of growth, hope and healing.

Perhaps it may be helpful to tell you a little bit about my style of therapy. Whenever someone goes to therapy they encounter both the person of the therapist as well as the therapist’s skills. Who I am as a person is impacted partly by my view of the world and how people change. My current style of therapy is influenced most by the humanistic, transpersonal, and psychodynamic traditions of counseling and psychotherapy. I believe that all people have a natural tendency to grow and develop. Therapy in part is about facilitating the natural evolution of the individual.
