I will partner with you, as you work to understand and address the challenges before you.
I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, grief, relationship concerns, and life adjustments. I work with couples and offer premarital sessions. I have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), as well as the Gottman Method. I have additional expertise and interest in women's issues and young adult concerns.
