I enjoy working with individuals who have a limited awareness about the conflicts within them that interfere with their ability to be happy. I have been successful in helping those who struggle in their interpersonal relationships whether it be: work, marriage, partnerships, or friendships. I work well with adults who are motivated to learn the unconscious reasons for their current struggles. I am aware that the earliest relationships which we were exposed too, influenced the ways we relate to one another. When we learn healthier ways of being with one another, we will feel more satisfied in our relationships.

Reluctance in seeking help with current or past issues, can hinder us from becoming the best versions of our selves. Asking for and seeking help at times can feel overwhelming or embarrassing, resulting in irrational thinking that I don't need help and can/need to deal with these issues on my own and therefore, choosing instead to suffer in silence. There is a better way that only requires a commitment to attempt to face those challenges head on, knowing that possibility of becoming the best version of herself or healing from those things that have burdened you.

I believe it’s through turning toward pain we alleviate suffering. In a society steeped in shame that dismisses the suffering of those most vulnerable, we need compassionate connection more than ever. The more we grow into our authentic selves the more connected we become to ourselves and others. I work with folks on many concerns, some include; anxiety, ADHD/ASD, depression, trauma & PTSD, grief, and stress. I am honored to serve my queer, LGBTQ+, kinky, & polyamorous communities.

You’re searching for guidance and a non-judgmental, listening ear. You're already making things happen to the best of your ability - you're not a slacker - but you need a level of support and understanding that you just can't seem to find in your immediate social or family circles. You'd like to talk with someone about past trauma that still haunts you today - might be experiencing nightmares and flashbacks. You'd like to grow and mature in your relationship, or you'd like to move on from it to bigger and better things. You'd simply like to feel better about yourself.

You may be doing everything you can to keep up with the demands of life, yet still find yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, discouraged, or emotionally exhausted. I work with women navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, and the responsibilities that come with caring for others. Some are adjusting to motherhood or postpartum changes, while others are struggling with stress, burnout, self-doubt, or feeling disconnected. Many of the women I work with want relief from anxiety, healthier relationships, greater confidence, and a steadier sense of peace.

You have felt stuck, scared, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself for too long. It might feel like no matter how hard you try, anxiety, self-doubt, or old patterns keep showing up. You may find yourself struggling to manage emotions, navigate relationships, let go of the past, or feel confident in who you are. Whether you’re coping with life transitions, burnout, trauma, or relationship struggles, it can feel exhausting to keep it all together on your own.

Deciding to start therapy is a brave and powerful first step. It means you're ready to invest in yourself - to face the hard stuff, ask important questions, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. My ideal clients are dealing with life. Transitions, trauma, relationships, or just dealing with the world...all of these things come without a manual of how to manage. I work with individuals in adolescence through adulthood dealing with a variety of issues such as trauma/PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and gender dysphoria. I meet with families struggling with poor communication and life transitions. I provide couples therapy to those struggling with communication, connection, boundaries, parenting, and exploring non-monogamy. I work with individuals and couples who identify as LGBTQIA+.
