Life situations, sudden changes, and other experiences may feel difficult to manage or express. I desire to create an atmosphere of openness, trust, and respect as the foundation of the therapist-to-client relationship. Together, we can aim to discover and develop personal strengths along the journey of healing and progress.

Now accepting clients in Michigan and Wyoming, waiting to hear from Washington.
Yoda is one of my favorite characters because of his statement "do or do not, there is no try". But how does one do or not if one doesn't know what to do? Maybe you just feel stuck and don't know what you feel you need to do next or even want to do next. Helping you to identify the need, the goal, the ultimate issue is my goal. I work primarily with adults and senior adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and a host of other mental health concerns. I am LGBTQI+ and kink friendly. I am a certified trauma professional.

Healing should feel like liberation, not just survival. I help Black women and other oppressed communities find liberation - reclaim their voices, release the weight of racial, cultural, gender-based, and generational trauma, and step fully into their power.
I specialize in working with teenagers and adults navigating racial trauma, religious trauma, identity struggles, depression, anxiety, parenting & caregiver stress, and burnout. My philosophy is simple: Evolve or Repeat. In therapy, we work together so you can evolve into your healthiest, truest self—without repeating cycles that no longer serve you.
