Seeking assistance to improve your emotional and psychological well-being can seem difficult and overwhelming. However, taking the first step and learning about your options demonstrates strength. I believe we all have the strength within us to grow and change to better navigate life's challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I offer a personalized, results-oriented approach to helping clients find solutions to difficulties. I work with adults and adolescents, providing treatment for a variety of personal concerns and psychological issues.
I make every effort to ensure that my clients feel comfortable and respected throughout their participation in treatment. My specializations include anxiety, stress management, obsessive compulsive disorder, fears and phobias, panic attacks, depression, medical and health concerns, pregnancy and parenting issues, and relationship difficulties.
I use a variety of evidenced-based treatments that have been shown to improve outcomes and decrease the number of sessions required to achieve desired results. I am a member of the American Psychological Association and the Anxiety and Depression Association of America.
