I holistically weave the spiritual & physical components of your life that often become siloed from mental health care in easily applicable ways. I use somatics, CBT/DBT, Attachment, Positive Psychology, shadow work, inner child healing and mindfulness in a solution-focused & client-centered way to support all of you; mind, body, and soul.
I am personable, curious, & relaxed, with compassionate yet direct reflections when needed! I am creative in finding approaches & strategies that work best for you based on the variety of therapeutic modalities I utilize.
