Welcome! I am honored to do this work and support people on their path to liberation. I have a deep love for and am endlessly inspired and energized by the healing journey. I practice from a transpersonal, feminist, and anti-oppressive lens. Many of my clients are of marginalized identities, especially LGBTQIA+, and many are also neurodiverse. My passion is treating trauma and supporting folx on their path to liberation. Psychedelics have been a critical catalyst in my own healing journey, and so I also offer Ketamine-assisted therapy for those who feel it's a helpful path for them.

Hello and welcome! My ideal clients are mothers quietly battling depression, anxiety, and trauma—exhausted before the day begins, forcing smiles while feeling empty, haunted by thoughts of failing their kids. They carry the silent grief of infertility, the isolating fog of postpartum, or even the crushing weight of endless parenting demands. They need a safe space to be fully seen, gentle tools to calm the inner chaos, and permission to heal without guilt. Their deepest wish: to feel steady, warm, and truly alive again—to laugh freely with their children, trust themselves as moms, and show up present instead of just surviving.

How many times have you looked at this website? (Yea, me too. I wondered if this would be the best way to connect with clients). And now you are trying to find a good therapist–someone who will relate to you. Let me start off by stating how important I think mental health is to the well-being of an individual. I believe that it colors everything that one does. While life isn’t always perfect, one can look at life- process, develop options and just try it out. It really isn’t clear cut like that and processing takes time. Maybe that is why I am in this field–to help people to look at their lives and to make their lives better.

Do you feel stuck? Do you find what has worked in the past for you just isn't working anymore? Are you seeking relief from constant pain, shame, fear, depression and/or anxiety? You may be a good candidate for a form of trauma treatment called "Safe EMDR" that gets at the roots of what you may have learned to do a long time ago to stay safe and connected. What we experience today often has roots in the past. I believe that there is a huge spectrum of what can be considered trauma or adverse life events in our past, from childhood disappointments to natural disasters, to exposure to violence, to severe physical or sexual abuse.

Many of my clients feel stuck in a loop. For adults with OCD or anxiety, that loop is often a cycle of intrusive thoughts and "what-if" scenarios. For couples, it is usually a repetitive pattern of conflict that leaves both partners feeling disconnected. My virtual practice provides a structured space to break these cycles directly, and help you move forward by providing clinical expertise and practical strategies. I focus on giving you the specific tools and emotional support needed to reclaim your life and your relationships.
