I love working with young adults and seniors to help them find their passion in life. I will work to help you remove blocks that are keeping you from being your most awesome self and help you develop the skills needed to live a life you have always dreamed. I’ve worked with teenagers to overcome addictions; I’ve worked with young adults transitioning to adulthood to overcome anxiety and depress which allowed them to go off to college and become successful. I have helped couple’s save their marriages and improve child/parent relationships; I have worked with Seniors who are now in a caring role.
I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Couples Therapy, stress management, increasing self-worth, incorporation of meditation, mind/body connection, assertiveness training, mood management, anxiety reduction, empowerment and work/life balance.
