Creative exploration leads to inspired healing. As a dedicated mental health professional, I provide healing through counseling and art therapy services for all people regardless of age, sex, race, religion, or national origin. It is my charge to provide a safe and healing space in which my clients can explore their mental and emotional well-being, establish, and work through their goals. Utilizing counseling, art therapy, and other goal specific activities and techniques. I assist children and adults with behavior modification, social skill development, and conflict resolution in both individual and group settings.
As a mental health professional, I have provided emotional, cognitive behavioral, and person-centered therapies with children and their families for over 14 years. During that time, I also taught as an adjunct professor at Wayne State University in the Educational Counseling and Art Therapy programs.
Our lives have changed dramatically over the last four years, enhancing my compassion and empathy. My virtual practice offers a safe, supportive, and calming environment, that focuses on helping clients increase self-awareness and self-management, while developing and enhancing problem-solving skills, and healthy coping strategies.
