I offer a warm, relational, and person centered approach to people struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, perinatal mood disorders (postpartum), trauma/ptsd, family concerns, and other mental and emotional health concerns. I have worked across the lifespan throughout my career, but currently see a lot of young to middle aged adults.
I am very relational and person centered and work to offer the most appropriate methodologies for each client. I utilize walk talk which is especially helpful in speeding up rapport and processing with the added benefit of sunshine and movement.
I am honored when I get to come alongside my clients to work towards their goals. I recognize how hard it can be to reach out but encourage you to do so if you're feeling the nudge!
