I am looking for those who are living with depression, grief, or anxiety. My experiences, education, and training can help people struggling with life changes, traumatic events, or seeking deeper understanding of spiritual or holistic concerns. Persistent low mood and feelings of worthlessness or racing thoughts may be part of your daily struggle. It is possible to lessen the intensity of the negative inner voice that reminds you of all your flaws. We can do the work together for lasting and positive change. I use creative outlets that feel both accessible and fulfilling for your therapeutic action plan.

It can feel safe to see the world through black and white lenses, and what feels safe can also suffocate growth. I have found great freedom in using AND statements..."I feel nervous AND I'm choosing to do it anyway". It feels like one major trust fall - what if I just fall AND...maybe you've experienced a trust fall that went horribly wrong. Therapy is a space to make repairs of old wounds and become the person to catch yourself the next time you choose to trust fall.

Parenting can be stressful and overwhelming. Add onto that the other "hats" you wear in your life: employee, spouse, caregiver to adult parents... the list goes on. You keep seeing videos online about ADHD and wonder if that could be you. You're chronically stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, touched out, are having physical health problems, have ZERO libido, and are struggling to find who you are postpartum. You're looking for a psychotherapist who "gets it," with lived experience of the stress that parenting can bring, and is truly trauma-informed.

Many of my clients grew up in environments where they had to be strong, responsible, or invisible. They may carry the effects of childhood abuse, neglect, or complex family dynamics into adulthood. This can show up as anxiety, people pleasing, relationship struggles, or feeling overwhelmed without fully understanding why. Together we explore how past experiences shape present patterns, build insight, and develop healthier ways of responding so you can move through life with more clarity, stability, and self trust.
