Many of the people I work with look like they have it together on the outside, but inside they feel overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted from carrying so much for so long. They are often the ones others rely on, responsible, capable, and deeply caring, yet they may struggle with overthinking, self-doubt, or feeling like they can never fully relax. Nothing is falling apart, but something doesn’t feel sustainable anymore, and they’re ready for it to feel different. Many of the couples I work with care deeply about each other but feel stuck in patterns of miscommunication or disconnection and want to feel closer again.

Life is full of good times, hard times, curveballs, and changes. Even when things seem to be going well, it can be difficult to enjoy it when the stress and pressure we place on ourselves tells us that we aren't measuring up. Therapy can be a great way to better understand ourselves and learn new ways to cope with those changes and feelings. Whether you are looking to learn new skills and strategies, process past experiences, or just find a safe place to vent and talk through the thoughts that are weighing on you, I'm here to walk with you on that journey.

I work with individuals who are autistic, ADHD, and/or navigating the lasting effects of trauma. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or exhausted from trying to fit into systems that weren’t designed with their nervous systems in mind. They may have spent years masking, pushing through burnout, or questioning their own needs in order to get by.
My goal is to offer a space where you can show up as you are—without having to mask, perform, or explain yourself to be taken seriously. I strive to create an environment that feels safe, respectful, and affirming, where your experiences are validated.

Our experiences with partners, family, and early attachment figures shape how we see ourselves, how safe we feel in the world, and how we navigate closeness and conflict. At times, these experiences can leave us feeling hurt, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward.

Whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, shame, or self-doubt, you do not have to face this alone. There is a path forward.
