I understand counseling can feel like an intimidating process and recognize how extremely valuable it is to connect with the right professional. It is my goal during your treatment to bring as much comfort and healing to you as possible while ensuring during the initial stage of treatment that I am the best person to walk alongside you. Though I have experience working with a variety of populations, my focus and specialization is working with young adults.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a therapy modality which can be integrated to support processing of trauma and can help facilitate a shift in maladaptive belief structures. I also offer NeurOptimal sessions, a Dynamical Neurofeedback brain training system which can further support an overall sense of wellbeing.
I am here to accompany you on your next steps and consider it a great privilege to be in a position to offer support to those who recognize a need for it. I look forward to further discussing your therapy goals and helping you in your discernment process. I offer in person sessions at my office locations in Milford and Oxford, Ohio as well as Telehealth.
