Humans experience emotion. We experience conflict. We experience pain and trauma. I recognize the unique privilege it is for me to be in a position for clients to open up, seek guidance, and work together to make a plan for their lives. I use a variety of modalities that I tailor to each individual based on their needs and therapeutic goals.
