I aim to bring curiosity, warmth, and compassion to every session. In my approach I look at the "big picture" of a client's life, understanding how current challenges stem from past experiences, relationship patterns, and a person's beliefs about themselves, others, and the world. We'll explore each of these factors, then create a holistic plan that encompasses the mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational. I hope that my clients will feel more empowered, self-loving, and connected after working with me, having a better understanding of themselves and the world around them.

Life may come with loads of challenges that maybe difficult to navigate; especially when you are: anxious, depressed, or fearful of what it may throw at you. It can be very hard to express yourself to not only your loved ones, but it may also be hard to be your authentic self. I know just how hard it is to connect with people in the world or find meaning in your life when you are struggling just to get by. Together, we can try to make what seem impossible...possible.

Hi, I am Joe, a licensed mental health therapist. I believe that people are capable of change, which is why I do what I do. It's understandable if you come to therapy feeling low and unmotivated. This is normal. Your first step in coming here is a big deal and not an easy decision or task. That right there is motivation.
