My therapeutic orientations are primarily Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and I utilize mindfulness to reduce stress related anxiety and increase appreciation for the moment. My therapeutic approach incorporates validation and support for change, and is patient centered.
I have many years of experience in treating adult and geriatric populations dealing with depressive, anxiety and mood disorders, eating disorders, addiction, and adjustment to chronic medical conditions.
