Welcome! I'm passionate about working with cycle breakers, including mothers, eldest daughters, & BIPOC individuals, who are carrying the weight of generational patterns and are ready for deeper, embodied change. Many of my clients come to therapy already highly self-aware, but feeling stuck in the gap between understanding their patterns and actually shifting them. My work is focused on helping clients move beyond insight alone and into meaningful, lasting transformation.
My therapeutic style is direct yet laid-back, authentic, and collaborative acting as a guide to help clients tap into their own innate capacity for healing.

I specialize in supporting women through life's transitions, integrating trauma-informed therapy with yoga practices to foster holistic healing.
You hold it all together—until you can’t. Whether you’re a new mom, navigating relationship stress, or just burned out from doing too much, I offer a space that’s actually for you. I blend talk therapy with somatic work, yoga-informed tools, and real conversation (with a touch of humor). My clients feel seen, grounded, and more connected to themselves. You don’t have to do it all alone.

My ideal client is a high-functioning woman who has spent years managing everything on her own — but internally feels exhausted, anxious, or like something unresolved is quietly running the show. She's self-aware and has likely tried to think her way through it. What she hasn't been able to do is change the patterns — the over-responsibility, the emotional shutdown, the difficulty asking for what she needs. She's ready to stop coping and start actually healing.

If you’re feeling stuck, you’re not alone. Maybe you keep finding yourself in the same frustrating relationship patterns. Maybe you’re exhausted from people-pleasing or questioning your worth. Or maybe you and your partner love each other but keep getting pulled into the same arguments, misunderstandings, or emotional distance. Many of the individuals and couples I work with are starting to notice how old patterns are still showing up today. In individual therapy, we untangle those patterns at the root. In couples therapy, we slow things down so you can understand each other more clearly and feel like you’re on the same team again.
