I am here to be supportive, encouraging, and emphasize already positive qualities, as well as develop effective coping skills, thinking patterns and insight. In a casual and safe environment, therapy will focus on processing experiences, building skills and developing a healthy lifestyle to cope with whatever depression, anxiety or trauma symptoms you are struggling with. I want to help you build a life you want by decreasing the negative impact of those symptoms and increasing your ability to cope with them.
I like working with adolescents, young adults and adults with symptoms of, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, OCD, anger, Bipolar Disorder and trauma. I have experience in individual therapy and group therapy, and currently offer individual therapy in-person or thru telehealth.
