Ms. Harmon-Rodriguez obtained her Trauma-Focused CBT and Motivational training through the State of Ohio. She started her career as a Social Worker working with dually diagnosed adults, which inspired and sparked her interest in the specialization of dually diagnosed populations.

I have over 20 years of diverse therapy experience. I am an expert in relaxation therapy, meditation, and hypnosis, and I work in individual, couples, and family therapy settings. I believe in free will choice and your right to self determine your pathways in therapy and in life. I skillfully blend relaxation therapy with eye movement therapy for comfort and clearing the inner barriers from trauma.
