My passion and commitment are to helping individuals and couples become whole in every area of their lives so that they can be the best versions of themselves. I lead each session with empathy, warmth, and focus so that we can get to the “root" of the problem, which often leads to additional stress, depression, and anxiety. My grounding belief is that we are all broken in different ways and in different places, but you do not have to remain broken.

I like how Buddhist monks talk about sorrow and suffering. They say we can't avoid sorrow. Others will hurt us, we will hurt others, and we will hurt ourselves. Thinking about sorrow helps me when I can't understand why life is so hard. Suffering, on the other hand, is optional. It can be reduced. We can improve our relationships in the world. We can improve our self-esteem. We can accept the sorrow in life. Thinking about suffering helps when I need to find the beauty in things. It helps me find courage.

Full and not accepting new clients at this time. Do you look fine on the outside, but on the inside your mind is like a battlefield? Do you hide behind a smile but on the inside you are struggling? Your life is full—but often overwhelming. Between nonstop meetings, family obligations, and high expectations, there’s little time left for you. The stress adds up. The anxiety creeps in. And you may start to feel like you're barely keeping your head above water. But don't worry, you are in the right place.
