In-person or virtual daytime availability. I weaving movement (somatics and walking), art, EMDR, and other non-traditional approaches into a talk-therapy space. I help folks build regulating skills and distress tolerance around our sore spots, and think of therapy as a space to build new skills and incorporate them into life. It should be a space to relearn to feel and manage, not to NOT feel.
I use a combo of biopsych, somatic, and solution-focused therapies. Trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, and relational therapy, certified in postpartum & transgender care. I have significant experience around LGBTQ and sex topics, and work with both couples and individuals around a variety of topics including neurodiversity, trauma, body image, and sex/relationships.
