I use a combo of biopsych, somatic, DBT and CBT therapies. Trained in EMDR & family/couples therapy, certified in postpartum & transgender care. I have significant experience around LGBTQ and sex topics, and work with couples and individuals in navigating kinks, sexual (dys)function, gender, and trauma/anxiety.
