Couples who call me say they've drifted apart, feel more like roommates, and affection has stopped. Ineffective patterns of communication prevent them from reaching to each other. The magic in their relationship has died and the dance has ended. Individuals who call me say they are exhausted, discouraged, and dissatisfied with life. Old thoughts and behaviors continue to negatively impact who they are, what they want to accomplish, and their relationships. They too, have lost the meaning and magic of life. Healthy relationships, whether with yourself or others, are key to a happy, satisfying, life and keeping the magic going.

I work with individuals ages 15+ who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship issues, LGBT+ issues, or individuals trying to get out of a rut because they're tired of feeling stuck. Every client is unique and there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, but if you enjoy working toward positive behavior change, I think we'd be a good fit. I allow each client the space for us to process and explore issues together while also providing guidance and direction (most of my clients say it's a healthy mix of both).
