I have experience working with adults from a variety of different walks of life, facing a wide range of challenges. I enjoy helping people build a life that is lived with decisions made more closely to what is truly important to them. I have found in my practice that people who are going through a change in their life, or are considering a change, benefit from help clarifying their options and desires to aid in navigating transitions. These include life stage changes as well as grief and loss.
I also have interest and experience helping people overcome anxiety and mood issues, as well as helping people heal the effects of trauma, to free up energy for living.
I have received EMDRIA approved EMDR Level I and Level II training and use this in my practice. I have been trained in Flash Technique and have enjoyed adding this to the therapy approaches I use. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients reach their goals.
