I work with couples and individuals who need a systemic perspective on how problems interact in relationships. Then, with my specialized lens, I am able to help clients get “unstuck” after years of no or low quality sex, desire discrepancies, medical issues that create disconnection, and pent up frustrations between partners. I am skilled, humorous, direct, honest, and loving with my clients. And I’m a welcoming, justice oriented, creative thinker who does not judge and is willing to walk alongside you through it all: fear, trauma, doubt, shame, guilt, sadness, and dark nights of the soul.
As an AASECT Certified sex therapist I offer tools, strategy, empathy, and evidence based interventions for all things related to relationships, intimacy and sex. I help couples manage low desire, shame, sexual trauma, ED, pain, anxiety, resentment, PTSD, & dalt & monogamous lifers move beyond “just” sex toward your GOALS for pleasure and positive touch.

Optimal Sexual Experiences (online couples’ group)
DATES TBD optimalsexlouisville.com. Evidence based group therapy for 4-6 couple dyads, meets 2 hr/week, for 16 hrs total. Offers tools to improve satisfaction and increase probability you’ll be having “optimal sex” with your partner, no matter what age or stage you’re in now. Our Eclectic methodology will guarantee a more satisfactory sexual experience with your spouse after ONLY 8 weeks. 2 Licensed therapists co-facilitate online. Each group limited to 4-6 couples and is confidential. An in person evaluation, commitment to attend, and non-refundable $200 reservation fee REQUIRED per couple. 15% Discount for pre-payment of full tuition.
