Life can feel heavy. Whether you're navigating anxiety that never seems to quiet down, processing a loss, working through trauma, or simply feeling stuck in patterns you can't seem to break, therapy can be a place to breathe, reflect, and begin to heal. I'm Claire, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a warm, collaborative approach to therapy. I work with adults who are ready to do meaningful inner work — not because something is "wrong" with them, but because they deserve support, clarity, and a space that is entirely theirs.

It’s natural for the process of finding a therapist to feel difficult or even overwhelming. My goal is to make that first step–and every one after it–easier. Reach out for a consultation—it can help bring the clarity and comfort you need to start your journey. Our work together is collaborative. I tailor our sessions by utilizing therapeutic approaches that best fit your unique needs. I recognize you as an individual within a larger system—because when you make a change, your whole world shifts for the better. I specialize in guiding clients through the profound challenges of trauma, grief, and recognizing your inherent worth.

Now Accepting Weekend Appointments! Heartbreaks can feel unbearable. Wanting to be close with someone, but it doesn’t seem to work can feel devastating. You put forth every effort to love them, only to be met with disappointment as you watch them slowly walk away and abandon you. The worst part isn’t that they’ve broken your heart. It’s the feeling that you’ve broken your own heart… again. Do you feel anxious, depressed, stuck or lonely? Do you struggle with trusting people and/or concerned about their motives? Maybe you've never felt like you belong.

I support clients who identify as neurodivergent, sensitive, empathic, intuitive or creative. With twelve years experience providing trauma-focused support, I weave together talk therapy with somatic (body-focused) techniques, energy psychology and energy therapies for highly effective therapy. My approach supports the holistic self by meeting body, mind, emotion, energy and soul. We all experience disharmony, ebbs and flows in life, times of thriving and times of struggle. Times of struggle can often manifest as chronic stress, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, unresolved grief or feeling disconnected from the true self.

My clients are high responsibility individuals, couples, or family business members, showing up for others while feeling stretched thin, exhausted by the constant facade needed for many of their professional interactions, or stuck in patterns they can’t name. They sense something important is off and want clarity, healthier boundaries, stronger communication, and deeper, more authentic connections to live with intention and fulfillment.

I believe treatment should be navigated delicately and without judgement. We are more than our current situation, which is why I work to understand what it took to get you where you are today, including your strengths. I take a holistic approach to healing, while also utilizing evidence-based methods such as EMDR, art therapy, ketamine-assisted therapy, and various talk therapy modalities, helping you process and tap into feelings that you may have struggled to find or articulate. Sometimes our human experience can affect us in ways we wish it didn’t, and I'd like to help you improve in areas that need most attention.

Sometimes we're so close to our own stuff it's hard to know where to start. My approach to therapy is to meet you "where you are" and help you learn what you can control vs. what you can't control. You will learn coping strategies to gain control over your thoughts and behaviors while learning how to let go of what you can't control. Integrating CBT, EMDR and IFS methods can help clients increase their self awareness and resolve unprocessed trauma. This integrated approach creates tremendous healing in the body as well as in the mind. Clients will develop integrated tools that last a lifetime.

Helen Keller once said, "Although the world is full of suffering, it is full also of the overcoming of it." I know it can be scary to acknowledge pain and reach out for help, but I also know that doing so is a sign of strength and courage. I love being a therapist and enjoy working with those trying therapy for the first time as well as those looking for a new perspective and a different approach. My style is direct, warm, and collaborative, and I aim to give clients something to work on between sessions so you can develop new insights and skills to better your life.
