My aim as a psychotherapist is to provide a supportive and safe environment where open expression and exploration of thoughts and feelings can freely take place. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in motivational interviewing, and multiple behavioral therapies. I have prior experience as a therapist as an addiction counselor, child and family therapist, as well as those in the inpatient psychiatric setting. With better awareness, we can identify life goals, change undesirable behaviors, improve relationship patterns and achieve greater self-acceptance.

Each person has unique strengths, powerful potential, and an innate ability to heal and thrive. Yet at times worry, sadness, or traumatic past experiences can move us off track. No matter the challenges you face, I believe in you and provide tools to help you increase resilience, discover your strengths, get back on track, and connect to your success.
