Helping clients heal from eating disorder and trauma is my life’s work. It's an honor to have others trust you enough to talk about their lives, their fears, their pain. Part of my job is to provide emotional safety so that we can begin to work through the issues that bring you to therapy. I have training and experience treating a range of psychological issues with various approaches. Together, we will develop the treatment plan that is best for you.
Although I also treat men and couples, I specialize in work with women with eating disorder, trauma, depression, anxiety, and perinatal depression/anxiety. I'm a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, a Level Two IFS therapist and trained in EMDR.
I have a big fuzzy therapy dog (in pics) who is often present in my office. His name is Rufus.
