I am trained to utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which is designed to assist individuals with understanding the trauma they have experienced while processing towards releasing odd patterns of behavior that prove to be counterproductive in their lives. In addition, I have experience in treating anger, depression, family conflicts and behaviors.
It is my goal to provide a solution-focused and person-centered partnership based on trust and acceptance. I provide tradiitional (in-office) counseling and VIP concierge services to existing clients who desire more discretion. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
