I enjoy supporting individuals ages 16+ with mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal conflict, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, complex trauma, and those belonging to the LGBTQ+ community. Finding the right tools that work for you and help you to reach your specific goals in therapy is invaluable. I like to get creative in therapy as well, so whether it be coloring, stretching, breathing techniques, and more, I am passionate about discovering what is most useful to you.
