Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and alone in these feelings? I am here to help you see that you are not alone and there is a way out. Whether it is overcoming struggles at work or in the home, trauma, substance use disorders, life transitions, sexuality, etc., I provide a warm, non-judgmental environment to explore the areas of difficulty and help you find attainable goals to help you feel empowered and at peace with yourself. "Change is hard at first, messy in the middle, and gorgeous at the end"- Robin Sharma
Through my client centered approach, I will help you in your journey of figuring out how to cope and feel that there is hope again. Each person is unique and I recognize that we all have individual needs and preferences. We work together, identifying the necessary therapeutic approach. I also offer EMDR to help heal underlying wounds and trauma.
Ready to take the first step in finding some relief? Please reach out to schedule your first appointment. I am using a hybrid model of Telehealth and In Person.
