I use a multifaceted therapeutic approach as I believe that each individual is unique & diverse; so, their treatment should reflect their needs. I have a passion for bridging gaps across generations and repairing existing generational cycles. As I have a strong belief that childhood experiences not only affect us as individuals, but also the relationships that we create with others.

Lauren is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her degree from Trevecca University in Nashville, TN. Lauren offers integrative therapy for individuals and hopes to assist clients in creating change through positive regard, warmth, and safety. Lauren believes each person has value and seeks to help clients who have experienced trauma, feel stuck, and struggle to find worth in themselves. Lauren considers it an honor to be able to accompany clients on their journey toward health and healing. In addition to providing therapy, Lauren is an AAMFT-approved Supervisor in training, under Dr. Laura Anderson, LMFT.

In our work together, we can focus on better understanding your relationship patterns, understanding and managing your anxiety, learning ways to cope with depression, process past and/or ongoing trauma, & more. Along with individual therapy, I also offer adolescent therapy ages 12+. My work with adolescents is centered on offering a place where they feel less alone in their experience and learning essential life skills such as emotional regulation, building confidence, and creating positive relationships with others.

Jane Murphy, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker who provides assessment and treatment for clients with mental health disorders. She graduated in 1986 from the University of Georgia with a Masters degree in Social Work. She has been practicing social work since that time and became licensed in 1987. Jane has worked extensively with issues of grief, death and dying, end of life care and chronic and acute illness. She has also provided treatment to persons with anxiety and depression.

As a counselor, I currently have my temp license as an LPC-MHSP. I have experience working with children 6+ and their families, teens, as well as adults. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trust Based Relational Intervention, Person-Centered Counseling, and Solution-Focused Counseling. I currently have openings for individual therapy in-office or via telehealth. I am currently working towards becoming a certified Gottman couples therapist. Areas of interest in my practice are ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, and LGBTQ+.

Valeria enjoys serving preteens, teens, and adults with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, anger management, trauma, depression, low self esteem, family generational problems, on-going physical health distress, and work or school stress that impact individual’s holistic well-being. The modalities used will be Art therapy, CBT, Behavior therapy, Humanistic therapy, Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Emotionally Focused Intervention, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), and Motivational Interviewing.
