I have been offering counseling and coaching services for 26 years. My approach to counseling and coaching is tailored to meet the needs of my clients. I am able to take a faith-based approach but I strive to meet everyone wherever they may be, regardless of beliefs. I take a non-judgmental approach with everyone as I recognize that we have all experienced periods of struggle and come from different backgrounds.

You feel like you cannot heal from past hurts, feel joy, peace, and love, measure up, or thrive the way others do. You're afraid to be vulnerable about what you are going through because no one would understand or they might judge. You never thought this would be your life. There should be more to this life but you can't seem to get a hold of "more". You feel alone, sad, worried, and hopeless, and just wish it could all go away and be better when you blink your eyes.

I work with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, along with anxiety, depression and life stressors, as well as providing support to their caregivers. I help clients who feel they have lost a sense of who they are, have difficulty coping with new challenges and those who may find it difficult to be able to express their feelings and thoughts. I support them by providing a safe environment, showing compassion, listening and providing tools that can help improve their behaviors, communication, self-esteem and increase their positive self- talk.
